Abilityforce - One of Salesforce's 13 employee-led business resource groups (BRG), Abilityforce focuses on fostering a supportive environment for individuals with visible and invisible disabilities. Members are comprised of employees who identify as a person with a disability, allies to people with disabilities, and loved ones who care for people with disabilities. We emphasize creating an inclusive community by leading with our values of trust, belonging, and empathy.
Workforce Navigators - Salesforce has an entire team dedicated to the Workforce Navigators program, which supports and enables programs, like Lime Connect, that train professionals with disabilities, ensuring they are equipped with in-demand Salesforce skills and certifications. Additionally, this group provides a supplemental curriculum for users of assistive technology, support accommodation requests, and provide job seeker support for Trailblazers with disabilities.
